  The same issue happened to me as the woman mentioned below. The attendant was skimming and refused to provide a proper receipt. I was parked for less than an hour. The attendant first quoted $2, then suddenly changed it to $3 and became argumentative when I questioned it. He also refused to record the time and handed over what looked like a made-up receipt. (see attached) This happens almost every week where he always claims the receipt machine is “broken.” When I mentioned this recurring issue, he got defensive. I’ve decided to file a formal complaint with corporate about this location. The lot on 8th Street is far better managed and professional. When security arrived, the attendant refused to give the owner’s name, and the officer confirmed it’s run by SP Parking. Please be cautious with your time as this behavior seems intentional.

  At 3000 Q Street in Sacramento, California, they charge a dollar for every 30 minutes and a fraction there of whatever that means. Today, I was there for exactly an hour. So I got my two dollars ready to pay the attendant. She said I owed her three dollars. I said I’d only been there an hour and I had to wait in line for four minutes, which put me over for four minutes. She insisted on three dollars. I said I’ll give you $2.25. We argued and she finally took it. This all makes me wonder how many times someone like me just paid the extra dollar and how much this company has bilked the people who have parked here over the years.
