    If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a service appointment scheduled for over a week, drove an hour and a half to get there, had my friend take time off work to pick me up, brought my kid with me… and when I arrived, they casually told me they couldn’t take my car because they’re “switching ownership.” No phone call. No email. No courtesy. No responsibility. Just “Oh well, we can’t take you. try a different place.” This is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. How do you confirm appointments, let people make long drives and personal arrangements, and then refuse service without so much as a warning? The complete lack of communication is unbelievable. I wasted hours of my day, money in gas, rearranged childcare and work schedules, and for what? Absolutely nothing. They clearly do not value customers or their time. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

    I went to this dealership yesterday, ready to buy a truck at a fair price. soon as I parked, I was met with a sales person or a door greeter. I’m not sure what his role was but he quickly asked for my information didn’t ask what I was therefore it seems they wanted to jump right into the buying process credit app, etc.. I showed him a stock number of the truck. I was interested in asked about rebates dealer incentives got no answer. I was approached by another sales person who took over, which I thought was very odd gave him the stock number we walked out to the truck we eventually took it for a test drive Still was waiting for dealer incentives, and doctor rebates got no answer. Got back from the test drive they quickly broke out the four square system To make a long story short, the only factory rebates and dealer incentives were $3500 Making a 4×4big horn truck out the door price of $65,000 it was two hours that was a huge waste of time other dealerships like Chevy GM Ford are offering nearly $14,000 in dealer incentives and factory rebates. I thought it was odd because the sales person told me that they are not moving vehicles looking around the dealership, they had trucks and other cars overflowing into the parking lot and onto the public street.     We bought not new RAM PROMASTER 2500 2024 on dealership. There was cracked plexiglass in cluster. We came to the service and asked can the plexiglass be replaced with manufactured warranty? Manager made an appointment for us and said he should do photos and if manufacturer will approve they will order a new part. The manager said it will take 4-5 days. And they could not change only plexiglass they will change whole cluster. We left our van in service on November 5. I regularly called to service manager and asked about my car. On November 10 manager said that it could be replaced with manufacturer warranty but it will take 2-3 weeks. OKAY! Manager explained that I couldn’t take my van back because new cluster will come programmed with our mileage. I asked another car while we wait a new part. But he said they had no cars and I should call customer service. Customer service offered me to rent a car 60$/day till 10 days and they will reimburse it. After 2 weeks of waiting service manager said that a new part will come only at November 28!!! But new part came on November 25. Service manager said I should pay $1000 deposit and after that they will change a cluster. The service will change cluster and send our old cluster to the manufacturer and if they will approve that it’s a manufacturer defect they will send me back my deposit $1000. It’s extortion!!! Why manufacturer didn’t asked deposit when they got photos, when they send a new programmed with our mileage cluster??only when service got a new part! It’s a fraud!!! The customer service said they will not reimburse for renting car if repair will be not with manufacturer warranty! On November 25 we came to the service and had a talk with main manager about this situation. The main manager said he will make a decision with his boss in 1-2 days. I asked to send me an answer in written form. After 1 week of waiting on December 2 we came to the service again , no answer again… Boss would be on his vacation one more week. To be continued… Don't take their word for it, ask for written confirmation.

    Hugo and Elijah were amazing! They sold me a car and helped me a lot throughout the whole process. They were patient, honest, and made everything super easy for me. I really appreciate their support and the excellent customer service. If you’re looking to buy a car, definitely ask for Hugo and Elijah, they’re the best!
