  Parked here on Sunday but saw that a sign said they closed at 10 pm. Reading other reviews said that if the gates closed you have to hope someone else is inside which I did not risk. I was able to go to a different parking garage due to the event I was at lasting longer than 10 pm (this meant I had to pay for a different parking garage after already paying here but didn't mind due to not wanting to risk being locked out essentially). When walking out of the event this garage was still open so I don't know what 10 pm is for.

  🚫DO NOT PARK HERE!!‼️ I specifically went to this parking garage for their 20 minute parking for $2 to walk my mother to the golden 1 center for a concert which only takes about 4 minutes to get there! This is such a SCAM. There were signs posted everywhere to scan a barcode to pay for parking since the kiosk does not work! There were NO other options aside for 12 hr parking for $25 which I thought I would be able to stop once I left the garage before the 20 minutes since there were NO OTHER TIME LIMITS. The 20 min parking is a scam please please please avoid parking here! I tried calling customer support but they were no help! Paid $25 for 10 minutes of parking 😠

  Beware! This parking garage closes at 10pm, even though you can pay for parking through midnight. There is no signage on the inside warning of this. We went to a late show at the Crest and were locked out by the time we got back from the show. Nobody answers the phone number listed. We had to wait for someone to leave the garage so we could get in through the open gate.
