  Outdated ticket system didn’t work so they upgraded to an application that overcharges you and even after sending proof to the help desk they refuse to refund.

  None of the contact numbers at this automatic garage work. And even though it is all automated, they will close their gate and not allow you to exit after 5pm or so. That's right: City parking garage that is entirely automated with self service machines, and yet they aren't even open until the end of the work day, and certainly not until you have finished dinner. What's worse? They don't clearly post their open and closing times. Every other garage in the area doesn't lock up like this. And while they list an after hours number for building security, they don't actually answer it. Sure seems like a scam. No only will you be stuck paying for a hotel room (which downtown costs a few hundred bucks) but instead of paying for a couple hours parking while you eat, it ends up charing you a full day's charge for that.

  This parking garage closes at 7 p.m. on weeknights, and is not open on weekends. It doesn't say that before you pull in though, so by the time you know this you're already kind of stuck here. We were not aware, we parked at 6:30 on a Friday night. By the time we got out of the restaurant, the parking garage was closed and nobody was answering the 2 after-hours phone numbers that were listed. We were not able to get our car until Monday morning. Don't bother calling any of the phone numbers because nobody's going to answer.
