  We bought a trailer last year and paid cash. No problems. This year we traded the one year old trailer for a larger new trailer. Multiple problems with finance. Many errors. Extremely stressful and still not 100% resolved. Rating for Sales Department A+. Rating for Finance Department D-. We highly do not recommend buying at this location. Bad experience and I have bought many homes and vehicles in my lifetime and have never encountered anything like this.

  SCAM.Rude and disrespectful.Michael Nall is a big Scammer,obviously what you signe doesn’t count,called him multiple times and got ignored,then I have received a call from Camping world finance person and disrespect I have received is unacceptable.Read all the fine print because what they tell you or write in the contract are not the same thing.they called it miscommunication because they messed up and can’t even apologize-instead they been rude and making me like the bad guy,when you have black and white on sign paper but reality is different.DO NOT shop at this place otherwise you get scammed,there is a reason behind why this place has a bad reviews.if I could give this place -0 I would.

  Honestly, one of the worst camping worlds I’ve ever encountered. Negligent, arrogant, and unprofessional. I have begged the service department for months (since October) to get my motor home in for repairs for a major roof leak and they ignored calls, failed to call back, couldn’t work with my schedule, came up with several excuses as to why they couldn’t get me in until practically February and then brushed me off and all of my concerns. I will be returning to ID to work with better servicemen at their camping world at this point. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go before getting in to this camping world location.

  Iam extremely pleased with my purchase and even more pleases with the service after the sale. I had a warranty issue and called to explain the issue and spoke to Brandon in finance. He went absolutely out of his way to assist with my issue and quickly resolved it for me. I can't say enough for the excellent service provided by him. I highly recommend Camping World Roseville. Thank You Camping World and Brandon

  I’ve been shopping at Camping World for years and have owned five trailers/RVs over time. I’ve always tried to support local businesses whenever I can. Recently, I had a tire blowout on my older trailer that caused some side damage. My insurance company (Allstate) recommended Camping World’s service department for repairs, so I brought it in for an estimate. The estimator was great — professional, friendly, and quick. He took photos, asked a few questions, and said he’d have the estimate ready soon. After several days with no update, I called back and was told they couldn’t find parts for my older trailer, meaning it might be totaled — which I completely understood. The problem started when Allstate needed a copy of the estimate. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and even had my insurance company try to reach out, but no one ever responded. Months later, the issue is still unresolved. It would’ve been nice to at least get a call back or be told they couldn’t help. Whether the trailer was fixable or not, I would have brought it back to Camping World — either for repairs or to buy another one. Unfortunately, the lack of communication completely stalled my insurance claim and forced me to take my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing to have to write a review like this because I’ve had great experiences here in the past, especially with the parts department. But this experience with the service department really missed the mark.
