We bought a 2025 3901RK Montana 5th wheel in August. We told them we would take delivery between the end of October to mid November. When we were ready to take delivery of our rig, the left hand didn't know what the right had was doing there and this caused a lot of miss communication on their part. They blamed us for not communicating with them in time to get our rig delivered when we wanted it. When we went to Camping World we found out that our rig wasn't even ready to be delivered. There were four outstanding warranty work orders that still needed to be completed. When asked when will those be done? We couldn't get an answer. When my husband went to get the 5th wheel hitch installed it wasn't the right base. We were told it wouldn't be here until December. We have been living in a hotel over a week as this is our primary living. Basically we are homeless until we get our rig. No one knows what is going on there and no one seems to care. We are so frustrated, dreams are shattered and the out of pocket 3xpenses
