- HOHOot OoTtNov 22, 20251.0Do not trust them with you car! The loaner car they tried to give me was a dusty peice of junk with no oil or gas in it. They did a half ass job repairing the damage to my car and damaged it more in the process. They also lost my front license plate. They clearly don't check their work or care how it turns out. They are poor communicators and I regret taking my car there. After telling them how to complete the job its still mediocre workmanship.
- KMKim MartinezNov 22, 20251.0Unfortunately had a horrible experience. Through lawyers request, we brought our car here for repair after an accident. From the beginning management and team showed a lack of communication and direction. That was the first red flag. Second red flag, they were unable to accept an insurance check to cover charges. Making us make an unnecessary trip to the bank. This should have been disclosed from the beginning. Management knew this was going to be an insurance pay out. What really was the last straw was that they did not communicate car was ready, instead rudely called and asked if we were going to pick up car. Lack of communication on their part. When we arrive, after dropping off the insurance rental we find out that the car was ACTUALLY not ready. Why? They "lost" our front license plate, damaged the car and out of laziness did not replace the window that was damaged during the accident. Management tried to blame their workers, which yes it is their fault, but how are you not making sure your workers are doing their job and inspecting their work. It is a reflection of their lack of managing skills and negligence. They tried to put blame on us for the damage they did to the rear of the car, but pictures were taking after the accident happened for insurance reasons and auto shop reasons, and the images show that that damage was not there. The worker was lazy to install the new window because they did not want to remove the tint. Ultimately they had to change the window and fix the damage after back and forth. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

These guys did an amazing job to my Toyota 86. brought my Front Lip and have it done in less than a week.
