Not the greatest location. The sales manager john and the salesman are fine, but the female sales manager is two-faced

We tried doing business with Jayco to repair our trailer since they were recommended by our insurance company and we were in the vicinity. From the start, we had a hard time getting in touch with the service department manager, but finally got an appointment to have the trailer looked at. After the 1 hr appointment, we were told that Jayco would write an estimate and contact the insurance company, and that it should be just a few weeks before the next steps. Weeks went by with no word and I called several times to ask what the status was and I got the "He'll call you back" response, which never happened. Weeks pass with the same response. Frustrated, I finally called my insurance company to see if there had been any contact from Jayco, and they said there hadn't, meaning they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AFTER THE INSPECTION FOR 5 WEEKS! That said, we decided to seek our repair elsewhere. They wasted our time and our efforts to work with them. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, and they assurance us that they got this. Now the damaged area of our trailer is exposed to the rain which was what I was trying to avoid by seeking the repair in August.

Absolute crooks. I went to see an advertised, used RV. The RV was as described, the price wasn't. They ran my credit, which was fine and then sent me their "Camp Ready" package to show me they were going to charge $3,995 to make the RV drivable. That included filing the propane tanks (Ok...that's what $50 bucks?) and included a 3 year Good Same Membership (It's $39 per year or, $99 per year for their "Elite" membership so...$300 bucks?), and a wash and detail. Here's the kicker...it includes shipping from Indiana too but the vehicle was already in California and was a local California trade in. They said it was mandatory. What a crock. Scott, their sales manager is a typical used car salesman. Couldn't tell the truth if he was required to. Needless to say I walked. You should walk to before being stuck by one of these people at Camping World/Jayco. Not reputable. Unscrupulous.

This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Stay away. I have a defective electrical system and they want to charge me to diagnose it while it's only two months old! The trailer is a POS. Grey water tank only is big enough for one short shower!! Batteries run down in 8 hours!!! I told salesman I went on one week trips to the desert and I needed a trailer for that. What a joke. I can only last 8 hours until the battery runs out. I now am selling the POS for a loss. Stay away. They will say anything and service dept. is uncooperative.
