We had a purchase agreement for an rv and had outside financing, but they never gave us the rv. It was one excuse after another for 2 1/2 weeks that never made any sense. We finally backed out and bought somewhere else. Randy the manager- told us lie after lie Alex-finance- same- lied several times Carlos-sales-pretty much no help after you agree to purchase. Don't bother calling him, he won't call you back.

If their mouth is moving it's a 99.99% chance they are lying to you for your business. I purchased a 2025 Jayco Seismic 399 from them July, 18 2025. They damaged it after we did the paperwork before taking delivery. Good luck on any warranty work or promises after paperwork is signed. Ian the manager is a liar. Due to a lengthy list of issues between camping world and our new RV. I decided to trade it in less than 30 Days later August, 15 2025 To Giant RV Montclair for a 2026 Alliance Valor 44V14. Who I would Recommend 1000% times over these crooks at Camping World Menifee. When I thought this nightmare was almost over, that's where another began. I contacted Camping World about cancelling the Good Sam Warranties & Service Plans and good luck. They promise you can cancel them for a refund of the unused portion if any reason your no longer the owner. That was another lie. I have called, left voicemails, emails no response. Today is November 12th 2025, still no response or refund check. Next step is turn it over to my lawyer for a lawsuit, I'm EXHAUSTED!!!!!!!!!!

If I am just shopping on a manufacturer website I should have other options on the dealers who carry jayco rvs.
