    wanted to take the time to express just how outstanding my experience was with Andrew G at SIXT Rent a Car. If I could clone him, I absolutely would because this is the level of customer service every business should strive for. From the very beginning, Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived literally within the last five minutes before closing. Despite the circumstances, Andrew showed nothing but patience, professionalism, and genuine understanding. Not once did we feel rushed, inconvenienced, or unwelcome. Andrew took the time to help us find the right vehicle, made sure everything aligned with what we had paid for, and ensured we truly got our money’s worth. He honored exactly what was agreed upon and made the entire process smooth and stress-free especially after a long travel day, which meant more than he probably realized. What stood out the most was Andrew’s positive attitude, customer first mindset, and willingness to accommodate without hesitation. This is not just good service, this is exceptional service. Because of Andrew G, I will absolutely be sending family members and friends to this SIXT location, and I will continue to leave 5star reviews whenever possible.     I do not usually write reviews but Andrew G absolutely earned this one. From the moment I walked in I had a situation that easily could have gone sideways. Most people would have shut it down fast. Paperwork issues. Technicalities. The kind of thing where you are told sorry nothing we can do and you are either paying more or walking out frustrated. Andrew did the opposite. He took ownership immediately. No judgment. No shrugging. No passing the buck. He looked at the problem and said we are going to fix this and get you on your way. And he actually meant it. Andrew worked through the issues step by step. He found solutions where others would have found excuses. He bypassed obstacles that normally stop the process cold and made the entire experience smooth and human. Because of how well he handled everything I ended up upgrading and I was genuinely happy to give Sixt more money because the service felt earned. That is rare. He treated me like a real person not a transaction. Calm confident competent and clearly someone who cares about doing the job right. I left in the exact car I wanted feeling taken care of instead of drained which is not something you can say about most rental car experiences. If Sixt wants customers who come back and customers who spend more Andrew G is exactly the reason why. He turned what could have been a mess into a genuinely great experience and he deserves serious recognition for it. If you are lucky enough to work with Andrew you are in very good hands.

    SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE do not rent a car from here! THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR DAMAGE THAT THEIR STAFF CAUSE!!! My first and last time EVER renting with this company, I was accused of damages to the vehicle TWO DAYS AFTER I received an email indicating that the car passed the return inspection test.. mind you I PASSED the inspection test THE SAME DAY OF DROP OFF!! And was told the same day that I would be receiving my refundable deposit. So how is it that TWO DAY LATER I get notified that damages were found!? I believe the young man (their employee) who I dropped off the keys/vehicle at 3am had something to do with this! Because I noticed the exact SAME ORANGE SCRATCHES that I was blamed for were ALSO blamed to another person and vehicle on Sixt reviews!!! How fishy!!! Could it be that these employees hit something orange on their lot (an orange speed bump, pole etc.) and blame us customers?? Since this exact same orange scratches have been reported to other customers. It is very sad to come home from vacation and get blamed for something I DID NOT DO!!! Thank you SIXT for ruining my Los Angeles experience!!! I have requested for them to send me videos/photos of me ENTERING THEIR LOT with the VISIBLE “so called damages I caused” (as they claim!) I will keep you all posted when I receive that information!! until then I will be submitting a claim with the BBB department! On how untruthfully and untruthfully this scamming company is!! Very unfair for them to point a finger on me TWO DAYS after I passed the drop off inspection test

    Be very careful Check what you agreed for and check invoices ! I was their customer for a long time and never thought to check invoices , this last line I thought Ok let me see what they charge me for , cuz first time I choose cheapest car and still got crazy invoice ! So I choose most cheapest car but at the counter person told me that since I’m “valued customer” they will upgrade me little and I made sure it’s not for extra charge they told me it’s free “cuz you always take luxury cars and valued customer “ Later I received invoice with “FREE UPGRADED ADDED AND ALSO SOME O5 charge” ,which nobody could explain me what is that for ! Choosing the cheapest option I was hoping for up to $300 including the tax ,since I use my insurance ,fuel etc. look invoice attached I ended up paying almost $600 I did call them had no help I emailed them got an answer we are reviewing and it’s been a week !!! Use budget they at least charge what you agreed for !

    I booked a BMW X5 or similar with the peace of mind insurrance package so that I don't have any pain during my trip. When I got there, there was not any BMW X5 available. I was doing some small talk with the assistant which I think was called Alex. I told him that we were very tired from our very long flight. He offerend us a Mercedes GLE with the option to upgrade it to a AMG line GLE with more options, more powerful motor and less mileage. He offered that for 15$ per day and I am very sure that he said 15. After some thinking I thought that it wad ok because we had around 2000 miles to drive with the car so it was a plus to be more comfortable. I accepted and didn't pay too much attention after that. He then asked where we will drive and when I told him that we are going also to San Francisco he told me that we need to take also the toll package because otherwise we will be charged extra during our trip. That was a scam because you need it only if you will cross bridges or if you will use fast lanes so it is not mandatory for this route. You need to reasearch before you rent if you need it or not. Then, after we left I found out that he charged 25$ per day for the upgrade which was a scam but I did not pay sufficient of attention before I put my card in their device so they can say that I accepted it but it was a masked scam to pull more money from me. Another scam was related to the engine. I checked on the internet and both cars had exactly the same engine so it was another lie togher with the seat massage that didn't exist and believe me that I browsed all the menus. The car was in a good state and was clean but did not have any lane assistance or adaptive cruise control which would help me a lot in our long drive. I was expecting that a car of this value will have these. The return experience was fast and my deposit returned after less than a week.
