- CBCallie BlackMay 30, 20241.0This parking lot is such a nightmare it makes me want to change my job so I don't have to come here anymore. It does not accept cash and it is a confusing electronic system they use that confuses 90% of people, so you end up getting stuck in a line waiting to exit that backs up to the second and third floor. The longest I've waited to get out is 45 minutes. There have been several times where no one could find an employee to help them at peak traffic times, because the employee was walking around looking for cars to ticket instead. Additionally, about a third of the first floor is always sectioned off with reserved signs, belittling no one ever parks there that I've seen in 6 years I've been parking here daily. Why??? It has become more and more crowded and often no coveted parking left. Why is one third of the first floor deemed unusable??? I don't know anyone who enjoys parking here
