Halfway through they fired the only guy who was working on it. 118 days in I get a call from their regional manager, Andy, and was informed it was my fault the trailer didn’t sell. I was supposed to predict the price they told me was too high. Two days before Christmas they’re telling me I have 24 hours to get it off their lot. Andy called me a liar, screamed at me on the phone and insulted my intelligence. Sad to see business being done this way.

Before Justin was assigned to the warranty department, I had submitted paperwork for my refrigerator to be replaced due to a warranty issue. It took approximately three months and after numerous unanswered emails to the lady that was supposedly handling my warranty, I called and asked to speak to somebody other than her. I was connected to Justin who instantly looked at my paperwork and let me know that the paperwork had never even been submitted. He told me that he will get the paperwork completed that very day. I received an email from the lady who was assigned my case prior, that the warranty was approved and I should be receiving a fridge very soon. I don’t know if she was trying to take credit for getting the paperwork pushed through, but I let her know to thank Justin for everything he did. I emailed the same lady approximately a week and a half later with no response once again from her. So I called to talk to Justin again and he let me know that the fridge was received. Justin had everything prepared on my arrival and was actually outside to greet me when I arrived. Please give this guy a raise or something because it’s very very rare that you find great customer service like this. His customer service and taking care of the customer is what keeps people coming back. So thanks Justin, for everything that you did and continue to be top-notch at your job.
