I appreciate the time and transparency throughout the process, and I’d absolutely be open to reconnecting if there’s any flexibility that brings the numbers into reach on the RV we discussed. Bob, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me several RV trailer campers as potential options for a future home, possibly for a move to Mendocino. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that made me feel comfortable and well-educated about the RV, its components, and what ownership would involve. I never felt rushed, only supported and informed. I’m currently waiting on some paperwork, and we’ll see what happens from there, but I truly appreciate the time, patience, and kindness shown to me. Everyone there was welcoming and professional, and it really made a positive impression. Thank you all for such a great experience. You have an outstanding staff. Happy holidays!
