No communication, had my trailer in there for over a month with a list of things I wanted them to look into that never got done. Finally had to call them after a month of the trailer being there to see what the heck was going on, they still hadn’t ordered parts for my warranty claim for a jack. Told them I had a trip coming up and two weeks and would be picking up the trailer whether it’s done or not. Had to to call them again before picking it up by the day I said I would, still not done. And parts “ordered”. So after a month and a half in, hardly anything was done. Update weeks later: the jack is supposedly in, take the trailer in and it’s supposed to be a one day job. I call them around 4 and see if I’m picking up the trailer that day or not, come to find out they ordered the wrong jack. Communication with the customer doesn’t exist here. Might be a decent place to buy your rv accessories in the actual store, besides that, I will never do anything service related here again

And nobody care about getting it ready and follow up with me. Their service is so disgusting and disrespectful that calling them makes me throw up. When you go to buy an RV everybody is extra nice but after you buy it they show their real trashy service. I don’t understand how these people can stay in business.
- LMLeo melonsonDec 8, 20253.0Worst place to spend 15k we were treated so pedestrian and I'm cleaning the grey tank out of our trailer now after the tech said they put cleaner in it to freshen up the system caught the tires being installed in 2018 and they were mad and they had an upsell for good sam that we didn't go for and our care went down hill I'm glad I knew what I wanted because if it were the sales and personnel I would have never walked in
- DGDawn GriesDec 1, 20251.0We've had nothing but problems with our travel trailer. Shower not working, for water heater not working, heater not working and it's brand new. Was told it will be weeks before we can get in for service, that they will have to keep it for weeks and that I will have to pay out of pockets for them to fix everything. It's less than 3 months old. Turns out they never completed the inspection or filed out the form on the trailer, so I am unable to complete my warranty on it. Heartland/Jayco won't return my calls (left 15 messages in 3 weeks), the manufacturer of the non working parts (Suburban) won't return my calls, left numerous messages for them we well. Check absolutely everything before buying here. Or go somewhere else. I wish I would have bought private instead. They also sold me an extended warranty that is obviously no good and a waste of $2k! Very disappointed. We're left in a very ugly situation with no assistance.
