  My family and I bought a used 2006 cabover camper this past weekend. We had the BEST service from Monica. She really went above and beyond! She was informative, professional, thorough, and caring. It showed the whole entire time, but especially when she made sure we were able to get the back lights installed on our end of things because she wanted us to be safe. Not an obligation of hers, but she did it. If you ever are interested in buying a trailer here, please ask for Monica!! She deserves a promotion. Our family is very happy with our purchase. Thank you to Monica and everyone at Camping World!

  One star is more than they would deserve once you've purchased your trailer don't expect customer service to be there. Trying to get a hold of staff for management is near impossible The Secretary is great at taking messages but getting a return call from anybody is impossible we've called multiple times even ask for management never get a phone call back we'll get an email but not a phone call this camping world's horrible come to think of it they all are I'm starting to realize what people complain about him so much how's the company that horrible still in business it's ridiculous.

  Whatever price they quote you on for an RV, they’re gonna add an extra “let’s go camping” fee of $4000 Edit: we went back the next day because we had found a better and better priced RV elsewhere and needed some supplies. In that short time the experience was so abhorrent that I had to leave an essay of a bad review, something I don’t believe I’ve ever felt the need to do before. When they heard that we bought a different RV, they said we should have called them first and they could have taken off the $4000 fee. Last night they said there was nothing they could do about it, so at some point they blatantly lied to us, one of the times of several. The salesman from last night also asked I remove my review (not with an apology, but as if he deserved it) because it “reflected poorly upon him,” despite the fact that my review didn’t mention anything about him personally. Beyond being unprofessional, considering my initial review was just a restatement of something our salesman called corporate polity, I suspect that things he pinned on corporate during his attempt at a sale were just lies. Because again, the amount of casual lies we caught them in was infuriating. And to top it all off, as I checked out!a different employee asked if we wanted to give our phone number to sign up for their rewards system. It was only after they tried to get me to sign up for their credit card that their wording made me realize this rewards system was an annual fee of $20, which was tacked onto my receipt as something worded in a way so I wouldn’t be able to tell what it was without asking (and to be clear, he at no point told me that this was an annual fee until I interrogated him about it and forced him into giving a direct answer.) A bafflingly predatory experience, I strongly urge anyone and everyone to steer clear.

  Don’t waste your time with this place, they have the worst customer service and salespeople of any place I’ve ever been too.They refused to let us look at any small class c motorhomes , because we didn’t want to sit down first and give them our information. The salesman made us leave.
