  Highly recommend this rental service! We were given a brand-new Nissan SUV that made our trip both incredibly safe and comfortable. The return process was completely hassle-free. A flawless experience from start to finish!

  Great experience. The pick up from the airport was very quick. When we arrived, we were checked in and received an upgraded vehicle, which was brand new. I recommend this location and would definitely use them again.

  SIXT Vancouver airport was amazing. I take that back, as long as you’re not dealing with Naroosh. He gave me a hard time the moment I walked in and I ended up leaving. All over North America every sixth employee has been great, even at this location. But he was the worst person to deal with and I won’t be retuning to any Sixt location.

  Your employee, I think his name is Harsha, did a great job. Since I wasn't aware of the seasonal and wheather conditions outside of Vancouver, Harsh told me what's going on, especially in the mountains. His advice really helped me and gave me a much better and more secure feeling for the almost 2 weeks, when I changed my originally booked car to a much better one, three levels above. See, I am German like Sixt, so safety is always key for us and I felt great with my decision to change the car up to a much safer one. Yeah it cost more, but I think, money we invest in safety is good invested money. We can only decide once, when we pick up the car and my decision really made me happy during the entire trip.

  BMW X1 Rental with SIXT – Great Experience I booked a BMW X1 xDrive28i and SIXT actually gave me the exact car—not just an “equivalent” like other rental companies often do. The booking process was smooth, with options to add insurance, extra drivers, and coverage for glass and tires at a reasonable cost. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It drove confidently in the city and handled our road trip to Banff with ease. Mud and snow tires plus plenty of power made highway driving safe and effortless. Unlimited mileage was a huge bonus. Customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, well-informed, and clearly explained the rental agreement. Fuel policy was full-to-full. Returning the car was quick and easy: I dropped it off, hopped on the shuttle to the airport, and they handled the inspection without any surprise charges. Note: the rental location is offsite at the Radisson Blu Hotel, about 20–30 minutes from the airport via free shuttle. It’s a small inconvenience, but the shuttle was prompt—even at 6am. Pricing was competitive, which made choosing the BMW an easy decision. Highly recommend SIXT for a smooth and reliable rental experience.
