Yes it was the long weekend but you had an employee answering phone calls telling people to come on Saturday after I already confirmed because it was the long weekend. You had at least 6 people waiting outside after we were all told over the phone to come that day.

Spec is atf4, this lead to some serious issues with shifting especially in first gear. Despite owner being extremely polite and friendly. May need to go to another shop for transmission fluid swap - additional 300-400$ due to wrong fluid... Also had a windows regulator swapped goes down fine, sounds like nails on a chalkboard going up. Despite this i would recommend the shop. Just disappointed on some parts of my experience.
