- LLLozenOct 23, 20255.0What a gem of a human. The world needs more honest, trustworthy and kind mechanics like Jon. My car “Bullet”, a 2004 silver VW Jetta has some quirks. Brought her in because the alarm was going off intermittently due to a janky door caused by a hit and run. Jon fixed the alignment of the door that was causing the issue and replaced the latch with a used part, saving me money. He also explained things to me in a way I could easily comprehend and helped my bumper with a little screw facelift (also damaged in the hit and run) at no extra cost. So thoughtful. He managed to get this done in the time-frame promised which brought peace of kind as I had promised a friend and airport run favour 😅Thanks for everything you do. We took it there to have a timing belt and water pump done and he got us in and out in no time! He also noticed and fixed a safety issue for free, much appreciated. Don't let the chaotic shop space discourage you... he seems pretty busy and focusing on helping his customers out in timely fashion. We will go backing again!
