It's next to the new Whole Food's that's parking, and I was happy to say that it was at least easy to spot the entrance, which is well-marked with a decorative overhanging sign. They also had a sign on the sidewalk to tell you where to turn in. The inside of this lot does seem a bit worn out, and it was a little confusing which way to turn once in the lot. Luckily there was not many cars in there and plenty of spots. I imagine it would get more packed at nighttime or during special event times. Parking here is $6 per hour or I think they said you can pay $12 (?) for the day. The good thing is once you're in, you have access to the Chik fil A and some other eateries nearby.
