    This location is no longer Lazy Days RV — it’s now Camping World at their new site in Surprise. I brought my RV in for engine and generator service but showed up a day early by mistake. Crystal in Service went out of her way to get me in early, and I really appreciated that. The woman in Parts was just as helpful. At the end of the day, a store is only as good as its team — and this one delivered. I’ll be back.

    Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Staff are incredibly friendly and eager to serve Literally the place should be a house of worship for outdoor RV enthusiasts and travelers.

    Don’t do business with Lazydays. They are appropriately named, LAZY. Parts and Supplies not opened on the weekend. Nonsense.

    I have to share my good story to help offset the people who only post if they have a complaint. I needed my two a/c units replaced on my 2000 Country Coach Intrique. After the expected response that it might be a week or so before they could make an appointment for me I explained I was traveling from Florida and had my two pups with me and the 100° weather was turning this into an emergency for them. Ryne told me to come in in the morning and he would work it out. All in all I ended up with the new a/c’s plus a nice service bundle that was due anyway. These guys surprised me with their efforts on a 25 year old coach, kept me informed and gave me a coupon to help with the bill and came in under the estimate. If I’m back in the Phoenix area needing service on my coach I know where I’m going. Thanks Guys!
