The gentleman at this location said they waved 10% of Labor cost. The woman at the Scottsdale location said she didn't know and she had only been there 2 weeks. DO NOT PUT THIS INFORMATION ON YOUR COMMERCIAL IF IT'S FRAUD! ALSO... THEIR ESTIMATE WAS ALMOST $1,000 MORE THAN TWO OTHER SHOPS. SO WHY WOULDN'T YOU WAIVE THE DEDUCTIBLE, AS YOUR COMMERCIAL STATES...
