- TQTerence QuinnSep 20, 20251.0Beware about pre-paying for this lot. Went this weekend for a game, get to the lot and it’s completely full. No one there to check/save for people who have pre-payed. Frustrating experience to then have to drive around looking for parking, pay again and also missed part of the game. On top of that, they won’t give a refund because the reservation was active, even though I couldn’t park.

We didn’t notice the parking ticket on our window when we left because it was dark. I looked into it and now I’m being charged $85 on top of the $40 cash. I will dispute this ticket. But I don’t recommend this lot. They should have a QR code sign at the entrance for payment up front instead of allowing someone to take cash from you.

(missed the headliner for the show I went to because of this) The single star for parking lot location and ease of use for the QR code to pay. Point of contact for support has no way to contact someone directly. Just a form to submit and wait
- BTBrian TurkMar 22, 20241.0Don't ever park here! I made the mistake of selecting this lot for a playoff game at Chase Field. The rate was $50, which was typical for that event. At the time I paid online (which is the only way to pay), it defaulted to the license plate of a vehicle I had parked there before, even though I did not create an account then. That it did this is not obvious on the website. Only after I paid did I see on the email receipt that the license plate was wrong. It was not possible to update or edit the plate number. Not wanting the car that I was actually driving that day to get towed or booted, I paid $50 a second time with the correct plate. I immediately emailed them to explain the error and request a refund. They neither replied nor refunded my money. I don't fault them for charging $50 for playoff parking, but not allowing parking to be edited within 5 minutes of paying, and then keeping money they don't deserve, is dishonest and unethical. I will never, ever park in that lot again, and neither should you.
