On pick up was informed that there is a floor stain that they cannot get out and that the sales person broke a shelf in the refrigerator. It’s been almost a month, they haven’t reached out about the replacement shelf… Let’s go camping package is an overpriced joke….2k for a package they only charge $200 for… Zach was nice, communication lacked. Sold us on a “much needed” let’s go camping package that is not needed at all. Joe was a high pressure financier that try’s to sell you on not needed and very much over priced “bumper to bumper insurance” Joe also had us sign a paper saying we walked through the unit when we did not do so, on pick up we had to remind them to give us a walk through and go over the unit. During the walk through we were informed about the stained floor and broken shelf in the fridge. We were also asked to sign papers and the mechanic doing the walkthrough mentioned how it was weird that they had us sign papers saying we walked through the unit (when we had not). These are the papers that Joe pressured us to sign saying it’s just how they do it which was a lie Only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because of the friendly and helpful mechanic who did our walk through and was actually honest. If you get a trailer here do not buy their insurance, do not buy the “let’s go camping” package. Both are scams. I’m still waiting on my replacement shelf and some sort of solution for the stained flooring

Finally, when it came to trade in my travel trailer, I went to Tammer. He showed me what I was wanting, and bam! I traded my 2018 TT in for my mini Winnie! Ant wait to get it! Tammer is the best! He listens, doesn’t waste time and I’m happy! A #1 salesperson. Hope the rest of my journey is as pleasant when picking up trailer! Tammer will have my back!
