- TCTaylor CotterNov 7, 20241.0Absolutely terrible service from this place, do not take your camper here!!! We brought ours in for warranty work on our fridge twice, both times they said it worked fine and they couldn’t find anything wrong. I explained that it would stop working as soon as we would put food in it and take it for a trip. We did not overload it, but it would just stop working after a day or two. But with that information they just plugged in my camper with an empty fridge, no testing, and said it’s cooled down, so it’s working fine. I even called Furrion and explained what was happening and my experience with camping world. They said to tell them they need to file a warranty claim and then they’d be able to run them through diagnostics and help them perform troubleshooting. I relayed the message, the service department ignored me. I found a different RV mechanic. They did the diagnostic work that camping world would not, submitted the paperwork, and about a week later the mechanic let me know that Furrion was sending me an entire new fridge. Seems pretty simple but camping world was either too lazy, didn’t care, or just don’t know.
