Bought my 1st Camper Trailer here back in 2020. The staff is always great, welcoming and they explain "Everything" about your new camper. When I need maintenance or parts or whatever I always come back. Awesome job!! Thank you for helping us make memories.

Don't trust camping world!! You would think you can trust a big company but in reality they are the least trusted. I was trying to sell my RV they offered two options a buy it price and a consignment price being a little greedy and falling for their we sell 1 in 4 of all rvs sold in America most selling in the first 30 days. Don't fall for it their consignment program is just to make their lots look fuller while they push their new or owned units. The drop off process was a joke the check-in person didnt know what do. After not hearing a thing from anyone after a month I drove down to see what they have done. The salespeople didnt even know the rv was on the lot. It wasn't cleaned or anything they said was part of the process to get it sold. Then 15 days after that I get a call saying it's not getting interest and they need to reduce the price. I told the manager about my experience and he said just come pick it up. I left it there for the full 90 hoping things would change. After the 90 days the buy it price was reduced by 25K . I have a lot more to say about them but dont want to waste anymore time. Just know if you want to sell your RV there are a lot of options and be careful with camping world they are all talk. Seller beware!

We needed to replace a warped window track in our 2017 Keystone Hideout. We contacted Keystone and were directed to an online vendor who wasn't able to help us. A local RV repair center directed us to another online vendor who no longer stocks the part. We were told we probably wouldn't find it. We decided to stop by Camping World on the off chance that they might be able to help us. The gentleman at the parts counter directed us to their service department and told us to talk to Darian. He listened to our dilemma and said he was quite sure he happened to have a piece of that very track in stock. What a relief. Thank you, Darian and Camping World!

I have a two part review.
1. For the person trying to sell an RV, this is for you. I attempted to sell my trailer to this company by taking their outright purchase deal. The lady I dealt with was very friendly but their process is not transparent whatsoever. My wife and I took time out of our busy schedule to drop off the trailer within the window specified in the offer. Granted this was at the tail end of the date range but we were assured that as long as we dropped it off by that date, our offer would be honored. Long story short it was not. Some issues were found after inspection which reduced the value (understandable) but on top of that the original offer was revised down almost 20% because they required a new evaluation period. This was not made clear at all and was very disappointing and resulted in a big waste of time. Not to mention 20% because of a couple of days? To me this was a tactic to try and create urgency and pressure to sell before my trailers value went to 0. Not someplace i want to do business with.
2. This specific location is lacking custom service badly. I went down to pick up my trailer after declining their offer. I was instructed to pick it up within 4 business days by email. I responded that I would get it that day hours before I was going to pick it up. The location was made aware. When I arrived i was told that the trailer was not prepared and could not be received because their driver was not available. The guy at the desk was very unhelpful and rude not offering any other options but to come back the next day. It was an hour drive for me round trip. There was no real apology until they noticed that i was quite annoyed.
I'm sure people have great things to say when they are spending money and buying trailers from this place. Its not the same vibe if you are trying to do business with them. I will be going elsewhere for my RV needs.

I went to camping world today looking for a product that camping world didn’t end up having. Even without having what I needed, they spent over an hour helping me search online and options to find the custom adapter I was needing. The gentleman at the service department (I wish I remembered his name) took me all the way out back to the service shop to talk to their tech Tony who spent a good amount of time taking to me and helping me find a solution. I appreciated the service they provided knowing they weren’t going to have what I needed and be able to sell to me
