- LFLisa FarleyDec 17, 20251.0Purchased an rv, paid cash. Told all the repairs were done, first trip and the supposedly fixed kitchen drain that was fixed was definitely not fixed. Water everywhere! Then we still don’t have the plates and temp is expired which means a change of plans for us! We compared the pictures from the sales listing to the actual rv and noticed different wheel rims? And the ad says it was a different model? Finance manager was so completely rude when questioned about the plate and title and said he hadn’t even talked to me before. Left 3 messages before I got a hold of him the first time, said he would look into it and call me back the following Tuesday. No call . Left more messages until I finally got a hold of him only to get brushed off again. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers! Will NEVER recommend purchasing anything from them!!! Our saga continues!!!

- CKCheryl KileyDec 6, 20252.0**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!*** I got into a nice, used 34ft 5th wheel about 4 months ago. The staff was really nice. Before I got into it, I asked the sales guy if the technician's had checked the roof for leaks, he said there were no leaks. But less than a month after I got it, both A/C units went bad. Plus only half of my stove/oven works, the bathroom sink leaks underneath. Im paying for an extended warranty for stuff like that. I contacted the manager, he sent out a tach to check up on the units, which is how I found out both were bad. Then we got a lot of rain and yes, there are leaks. I complained about the leaks as well, but all I was told was to get the roof rubberized out of my own pocket. Lovely. Yet, 3 months later, I'm still waiting to get the units changed out. I have texted the manager a few times without a reply or a care in the world. When it's warm outside, which I live in the Phx AZ area, it's very hard to sleep in my trailer (It has become my home permanently). I'm getting tired of being pushed to the back burner without a word or a care in the world. It doesn't take over 3 months and going, to get units in and things replaced. Tired of nothing getting done and ignored.

- BEBrian EastmanNov 21, 20251.0Don't trust camping world!! You would think you can trust a big company but in reality they are the least trusted. I was trying to sell my RV they offered two options a buy it price and a consignment price being a little greedy and falling for their we sell 1 in 4 of all rvs sold in America most selling in the first 30 days. Don't fall for it their consignment program is just to make their lots look fuller while they push their new or owned units. The drop off process was a joke the check-in person didnt know what do. After not hearing a thing from anyone after a month I drove down to see what they have done. The salespeople didnt even know the rv was on the lot. It wasn't cleaned or anything they said was part of the process to get it sold. Then 15 days after that I get a call saying it's not getting interest and they need to reduce the price. I told the manager about my experience and he said just come pick it up. I left it there for the full 90 hoping things would change. After the 90 days the buy it price was reduced by 25K . I have a lot more to say about them but dont want to waste anymore time. Just know if you want to sell your RV there are a lot of options and be careful with camping world they are all talk. Seller beware!
