  We purchased a 5th wheel from out of state on a zoom call with Megan. She said the rig was in very good condition and that the shop would go through everything to make sure it was in working order and would be cleaned before leaving the dealership. Neither of these were done. The oven does not work, the furnace wasn’t hooked up, the fantastic fan in the bedroom didn’t work. The shower and the kitchen sink both leaked. After the shop came out 4 times they replaced the fan with a vent and the sink faucet was put on backwards. Those were the only repairs they did. I had to get a repair man out for everything else. Megan said she would get us a fan and reimburse our out of pocket expense. Neither have happened and it’s been 6 months. Now Megan won’t even respond to me. I realize purchasing a used rig is as is. But when we are told they will make any necessary repairs before it leaves their lot and it will be cleaned enclosing shampooing the carpet, I took them at their word. Then I was told several times by Megan she will make it right I trusted her. The manager said they won’t do anything because they aren’t legally obligated to. In response to the dealers reply…. They didn’t fix anything. Yes they came out multiple times because the tech frequently didn’t have parts or tools he needed to do the job. They do not stand by there word period!!!! Especially the sales person Megan . I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars to have repairs made that they said they would do before ever Letting the rig leave their lot. Never happened. They are dishonest!!!

  The service department was awesome! Noticed some things weren’t right before our upcoming trip. Gave them a call. They had me in and out and my family was able to enjoy our trip as planned. Highly recommend if you need some work done give ‘em a shot they were very professional and made sure we got it back ready to go

  1/19/2020 I listed my rv for sale in an rv magazine and got a call from Cowboy RV offering to sell my rv on consignment. Unlike dealers I had spoken to Cowboy offered me almost $8000 more than other dealers and seemed upfront and credible. I decided to give them a shot and drove from Palm Springs to deliver my RV. Within 2 wks they had an offer and one week later it was sold and my check was sent to me. I don't think it could have been any easier. Once I dropped off the rv they handed me a check for $500 and said that was mine irregardless if it sold or not. I think that says a lot. I would certainly deal with Cowboy RV if I were in the market or wanted to consign my boat or rv. I found them easy to deal with

  It was a great relief to find a place that actually has parts that you need, and people who are knowledgeable enough to help you. The people working at cowboy's were great . This is the type of place that is hard to find .
