    Well I came into get some dirt from the rain that we just had. Raining here in Phoenix is where as you know. But one of the staff members ( I am respectfully describing OUTER appearance) female, thin build, small in stature wears a beanie, long black hair decided to play a "dance" with me. And that dance was every time that I took one of the green towels and judged it for its validity tossed more than one back into the used section of the towel canister. For some were not green but dark green, with not brown but black oil-like stains, I later find out that she takes offense to it and decides to go ahead and remove the remainder or make it seem that there's a low amount of towels in BOTH sides of the vehicle stall that I was in. So I along played her game for a little bit by calling my next appointment to reschedule.. and I had an idea: put my camera next to my wheel, so that it was pointed at the customer service office entrance. Where she kept coming in and out of. I also turned on my dash cam and pointed towards the entrance of the manager's office or customer service entrance. Because that's where she kept coming in and out pretending that she was fulfilling putting in towels into adjacent stalls that were empty but in reality she didn't have any cart or container whatsoever. As a result the side to my right was empty which was kind of messed up because that's where the handicap stall is. So I went and got some more towels, not all, just some to balance, from the empty stalls and I put them back into the towel receptacle for both my side as well as the handicapped stall. This went on for 5-10 minutes. Whenever she was off allegedly fulfilling the towels, when I went to go get a fresh one, I noticed there was not available or very little at all. I felt I was being targeted. She didn't do this to any other stall she made it seem like she was... but her job initially was to go and greet customers that were coming in...she completely stopped doing that.. Noticing this behaviour I decided to put my smartphone camera in front of the area where the handicapped stall was so that she could get caught taking deliberately towels away from that stall just because I was there. Now mind you three other cars in stalls before I arrived. I am a human aware of my surroundings. and I was respectful with the time I was in that stall. This location was NOT busy for two cars remained there while I left. They were located on the same side l in adjacent stalls two to three rows down from me. So in conclusion they don't like the fact that my stall had staff taking, NOT fulfilling each stall with fresh, clean, and often new towels... using their towels for free even though it does say for free. And mind you, I was going to get a wash, but I figured I would just go ahead and wipe my windshield off first and then come back later. Something that I've done thousands of times before. My suggestion to this entire franchise company is change the baby-neon light green microfiber towels because the residue and stuff left embedded on the towels is visually unappealing. You mind as well provide white towels. Maybe a darker green? Heres a tip to all customers - look at the white tags attached on each towel. Check to see if the polyester and polymide text is worn - The stiffer that tab is, the newer the towel is! Less likely to scuff or mar your paint job, or even interior leather. I was using it for my windshield they were heavily dirty and not kept up. Some of them needed to be thrown away or disposed of or recycled and perhaps recycled or given to it better cause. Like collision car repair places, perhaps? Or waste management sub facilities? That's what I would do with this franchise. Thumbs down in the franchise at this particular location. I know this one doesn't represent all of dash car washes. I have been to some good ones but never where I've been to one where I'm playing "let's see how many towels I'm going to let a customer have?"

    I have been coming to this location since they opened!!! Always great service! Onyx came by to check to make sure everything was good! Amazing customer service

    If I could give zero stars I would. Chain broke while half through wash. Had to wait a half hour to be repaired. Soap dried and car left completely dirty. No offer of re-wash. Avoid at all costs.

    $16 for a single car wash, and was told that the tire rinse machine was broken, so I wouldn't be getting that part. Ok, no big deal, but I asked for a wipe for the interior of my car and was told nope, that is for members only. Was told that they are doing budget cuts and cant give those to people that buy $16 car washes, only can give those to members. When there are soooo many car washes to choose from, a little customer service goes a long way to keep customers. Last time I will be coming here!!!

    My work truck, which has the membership, was in the shop so I was worried that I couldn’t wash my rental that I was using. But McKenzie let me enter the license plate manually so I was able to still utilize my membership even though I didn’t have the original car. The service here is always top notch, all the employees are friendly and help wherever they can! Only giving 4 stars because sometimes the wash doesn’t get into the wheel wells that well but overall great service!
