- TCTrevor CareyApr 8, 20221.0I've been paying for parking every AZ Coyotes game at the Westgate. $15.00 every time. This company blocks lanes on a side road with cones and a person, which causes backed up traffic on the main double and triple lane roads, putting vehicles at risk and in a jam without fail. Then it takes on average, 20-30 minutes to park because the main parking lot has one attendant that stands so close to the entrance that only 4 vehicles can get in line when there is space for at least 8 vehicles. This lady complains about the weather to us everytime and heaven help her if she gets distracted by a shiny object, you could be their for a further 2 minutes while she collects her thoughts or talks on her walkie talkie and waits for a response before serving the customer. Her Hygiene is something to be desired also, This is the only place that I sanitize my credit card at everytime! The employee has snail trails on their pull up scarf every time, and she constantly wipes her nose with her hand while holding your card for payment. I can't wait to never have to come and park in this lot ever again. Sort it out SP+ Parking.
