I am not directly accusing anyone, but I have been parking in the same building garage since 2022 and I have never had anything go missing from my vehicle before. What concerns me is that the hitch ball mount was fully installed before I handed them the car, and it was gone when I received it back. This situation completely damaged my trust in their service. I’m sharing my experience to warn other customers: please check your vehicle carefully before and after any service, because my experience with the missing hitch ball mount was disappointing and unacceptable."
