During this whole time, we have probably received less than 5 total phone calls from this body shop, their front desk or their person assigned to me about any updates of our car and its repairs. The other party was at-fault, they didn’t work diligently with the other party insurance to start repairs. It was at least until 3-4 weeks after the initial accident that repairs were started and after we had to start a claim with our own insurance ( after continued pressure from this shop ) At payment for deductible - they told my wife 3% charge for CC payments but in person, the front desk lady was rude and insisted on 4% ***Update they ended up charging more than 4% for the CC payment, they added 11% charge on our cards*** I would not recommend this place. I will be telling my broker to not recommend this place to his customers, many of whom are neighbors of ours. Poor customer service. Poor communication updates.

Robin & Kim (office) make the process as easy as possible whether it's dealing with insurance companies or self-pay. The communication is great during the whole process. You won't be disappointed with having Orlando Auto Body repairing your vehicle.
