    Really like this drive-through car wash! It’s convenient, the wash always leaves my car looking great, and the self-vacuuming area is clean with strong vacuums. Plenty of space to pull in and take your time. Reliable place for a quick wash-and-vac.

    This used to be a Rinse and Ride. I had some problems with the switch. They charged me for 3 cars when I only have 2. Then they locked me out after resolving the first issue. The wash itself is good and I feel like my car is more clean than the previous owners. So far I'm satisfied with the wash and customer service here.

    Just went to Dash Car wash on Val Vista and they 202 after their rebranding. Not a great experience first of all they only have one lane for non-members and in that lane thr touchscreen doesn’t even work. Took me 10 minutes just to get to be able to make a payment because it wasn’t sensing my touch and starting over. Made the boys in the office aware that it wasn’t working properly and they could’ve given to💩💩. Secondly I paid $16 for a wash that didn’t even include a tire shine with no option to add it. The only way you can add tire shine is if you buy a more expensive wash. Also, my upgraded $16 wash didn’t even get basic bugs off the front of my car or my side mirrors. We’re not talking heavy bugs like back road bugs, but city bugs so light bug carnage . Used to be a great car wash. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

    Ironically, It took us until canceling our membership to leave them a review, but man, what a great car wash! We’ve been with them for two years and over the last year. It has been an excellent experience. Everyone there is so kind and attentive, their services are almost never down, their vacuums work well, they keep microfibers on hand for convenience to use when you’re cleaning your car, and the actual wash is pretty decent, especially considering that I don’t have to get out of my car. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Unfortunately, we are moving, but we hope they open up a location near our house. PS. now that they have two lanes for members, it’s super easy to just pull up and get your car washed without even opening your window. And, for an added part, they make it easy to change your membership or cancel it without any weird hidden fees or convoluted processes. ⭐️

    BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL SIGN YOU UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! I did not sign up for a membership and was signed up and charged for their elite membership anyways. I was charged $36.99 for two months before I noticed. I have even purchased single washes while apparently having this membership. I've called multiple times to get this issue resolved, and no one ever got back to me. I went in person and that was even less help. Kai the team lead gave me the run around and would not help me. I told him my issue, and he asked if I talked to Jason already. I said no, I've called and left messages and no one ever got back to me. He just replies with "yeah our phone system sucks, I won't lie to you." He said he couldn't really do anything and that my best bet then was to email the comapany to get the issue resolved. So I ask for the email address, he doesn't know it so he runs inside and grabs me a business card with a QR code on it. He says the email should be on here. I thank him, although a little annoyed, and go get back in my car. I had a funny feeling so I decided to email them while I'm still in their parking lot. The QR code just took me to their website to manage my account. There was no email or customer service to get in contact with. I get back out of my car and walk up to their office and ask Kai to show me where this email address is. He kind of mumbles and goes I don't know, I thought it would be on there. He then tells me I should just come back tomorrow, that his manager would be there and they could do something. I tell him that I already drove an hour out there today from Florence to get things resolved, I don't really want to waste another day off by driving an hour there and back again. I just want this membership canceled and my money refunded. He tells me he understands that but he can't really do anything. I ask him can I call his manager tomorrow instead to resolve this over the phone so I don't have to waist more of my time and gas. He tells me no, he doesn't think their systems can do a refund over the phone. I am beyond annoyed at this point. My final straw was when I asked what time would this manager be in tomorrow. Kai said "I would come by in the morning, he's usually here Thursday mornings." I'm sorry but are you freaking kidding me?! There's a possibility I could drive an hour out there again and this manager might not be there?! I get it, I've worked retail/customer service for 8 years. I completely understand not having the power to give me a refund, but what I cannot understand is giving a customer (who YOUR company has screwed over btw) the runaround because you can't or don't want to help them. I am understanding to a fault, but this place is a joke. I will never be coming back. I'll just dispute the charges with my bank and make a report with the BBB. Very shady company, I would keep an eye on your bank account if you just purchase a single wash from here.
