A group of us waited 4 hours for a new cup and the barista sold most of them to the employees (which by Starbucks policy not allowed) she then proceeded to lie about how much stock they really had. They shouldn’t have a partnership with Starbucks. People took videos of her selling the cups to the employees inside the store before they were open.
