When a person walks in a says the car was totaled and I need the title to get rid of it, your words are we don't print them here and it will take two weeks. Why in the actual hell would I have you do the paperwork and charge me an additional $16 for the same services I could have done from my computer at home.

Spent 5 minutes waiting (I was 5 mins early) and spent maybe 15 minutes for the entire appointment. They also gave me the opportunity to retake the photo. Don't waste your time at the DMV when you can go here!
