  Stopped on our way to Phoenix for an oil change in our generator (which takes couple of minutes) because we don’t have the tool to do it. We also need to check the pressure in our tires… upon arrival we where welcomed at service with no smile, nothing to make us comfortable. It’s by far the worst Camping World, customers service is not a priority at this one! 👎

  Don’t buy a trailer from them the say the warranty will work but they won’t help you do it. they are lazy and rude when you call them Brianne Taylor Won’t respond to emails she’s never at work to try to talk to her just the worse place to buy a trailer and get stuff fixed

  I genuinely wish I could rate this place zero stars. My experience has been beyond disappointing. I bought a camper here two weeks ago, and it’s been falling apart from day one. Panels and door handles are coming off, the lights don’t work, and I literally had to dismantle part of the bed just to get the water running. They didn’t even bother to put proper connectors on the wiring, so there are exposed wires all over the place. To make matters worse, the moment I declined their $2,500 camping package and the $1,000 inspection fee, the staff turned completely rude and dismissive. I tried calling the store for help and got attitude instead of solutions. Corporate was no help either. This place is a total nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

  I recently purchased a brand new camper from Camper World and had them deliver it, hoping for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The camper arrived missing parts right off the bat—the jack was incomplete, the water system was a mess that forced me to disassemble the bed just to get it working, and half the lights don’t even turn on. To top it off, there are broken panels throughout the interior. This is not the quality or service I expected from a supposedly reputable dealer. I’m extremely disappointed and need Camper World to step up, take responsibility, and make this right. Until then, I can’t recommend them. I hope they address these issues promptly.

  My wife and I purchased a used motorhome from the Surprise location six months ago. Our needs since changed and we decided to buy a fifth wheel. Found a couple units we liked at the Avondale store. After browsing the inventory, we had to leave the dealership for a bit and we asked our salesman to start putting some numbers together. Before deciding to return to the store to deal on the trailer, I decided to call our salesperson to see where the numbers came out knowing we might have a little negative equity to work in. Well, the salesman informed us they would give us $24k for our trade in. Mind you, this is the same motorhome we purchased from the Surprise Camping World months before for over $36k which was even under market value at that time. We were told we should just come in to the store to deal more on the trailer. I told him we were absolutely not going to trade our coach in and take such a huge loss, only to work that back into our purchase of a new fifth wheel. Our salesman said he would see what he could do and get back to us. That never happened. I thought we might be treated a little better especially as a return customer but we were wrong. I will never set foot in this store again! Do better Camping World! We know you are in business to make money but this is unacceptable.
