You have to sit with sales person at their computer, tell them what you want, only then are you able to see the ones you chose. Very inconvenient, especially when we were walking past some & there were no keys to open. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we thanked them and left. Really wanted to nail down our new 5th wheel options and pricing, but with all the cloak & dagger of locking rv’s in a gated facility & their control, we passed. Just be aware.
- DPDon PalmerNov 3, 20251.0"Jeremy said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!". Jeremy needs to be promoted to customer. We were headed to the RV show and stopped by this location 1st. We wanted to take a look at the 5th wheel toy haulers. A very nice lady said we could walk around and look at the inventory. Another lady behind the desk quickly said "Jeremy said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!". Apparently You can't see their campers without registering 1st. Well we moved on and found a salesman at the RV show that knows how to treat a customer. We purchased our latest toy hauler thru LaMesa RV at the show. Jeremy should be promoted to customer to better understand how to treat customers. It's apparent he has no clue. I've never had to register 1st in order to look at any vehicle. I really hope he works on commission because he lost out today if so. I do however recommend La Mesa RV for your next purchase.

They fit us in the very same day we called and replaced our water pump so we could get back on the road and continue our trip. Excellent service and great people!

It was a stressful situation, but Camping World Avondale, and especially Nick in the Service Department, completely turned things around for us. Being our first trailer, purchasing at only 22, and having issues right off the start i was definitely about to just sell it and be done with it. Throughout the month that it was in the service department Nick was incredibly understanding, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He kept us informed throughout the repair process and treated us like valued customers, even though we weren’t local anymore. The quality of service and compassion he showed made a huge difference. I also want to thank the corporate team for stepping in and helping coordinate everything in the end. Their support ensured the repairs were handled quickly and safely, and we truly felt heard and supported. Camping World Avondale and Nick made a crappy experience so much easier, and we’re extremely grateful. Highly recommend their service team! We will be getting our services done here moving forward.
