Or one that signs you up for a membership even though you never agreed to it and never received any confrontation of an account? Looking for scummy business practices? This is the car wash for you! Anyways, the guy says, "Hey you wanna get half off your first car wash" I say "heck yeah!" So, he says here is your options and I click on the wash I want, and he does the rest. I tap my card and off I go. Now I'm being charged for a membership that I didn't agree to, nor was I told I was signing up for. Talking to the company to see if I can refund this charge. Cross your fingers for me. Uncross your fingers folks! I spoke with the local manager (Tyler), and not only did they refund my monthly subscription cost (Since I do live in Massachusetts and not Arkansas) and the cost of the wash I did receive when I was home visiting. Good people like that are rare. I did also speak about the film on my car, which I washed off after leaving the carwash... What a roller coaster ride of a review. Have a day. If ever I drive to Arkansas again (I won't...) I'll definitely stop in and try the location again.
