    They provide a good Car Wash. Comparable to most in the area, however unlike other car washes, they have employees spray your tires and front bumper upon entering the tunnel and they do so next to a tip box. Bit awkward. If they had an app, that would be a better, less time consuming and more comfortable way for customers to add a tip. As well as a way for customers to update or add information, change membership or cancel without writing and waiting to receive a response. I was told they are working on an app. Hopefully it will be ready soon. My other issue, and honestly this bothers me more than not being able to access, alter or change my account information or membership myself -- The stickers! Every other car wash I've had membership with scans your license plate. Club Car Wash (the two locations I've been to, anyway) have you put a sticker on your windshield which is scanned as you drive up. It's unsightly, several inches long with white backing. If I HAD to have a sticker on my windshield, I would prefer one that is small and inconspicuous. As insignificant of an issue as this is in regards to the wash itself, it's ugly and I don't like seeing it there. Lol. If cost and performance is the same as other washes -- which it seems to be -- I'd rather go somewhere that has an app and won't litter my windshield with a sticker.

    Not really an issue with this location but more of a company wide issue. They do a good car wash and provide free Vacs like all the other places do but the one major issue is they dont have an app or a user friendly website to access and handle your account. When you click manage account it just takes to a form to request actions be done on your account. So if you want to cancel you have to submit it on their website and wait for a reply. So if you need to cancel do it in plenty of time before your next payment is due or they will charge you.
