This review is for the service department, specifically Austin. Guys Austin is the best! He’s a veteran much like myself so very well spoken and a man of his word. He took his time and helped me a ton. We had great conversations, he’s super easy to work with. Called me anytime something came up. They got all the work done so fast I was honestly pretty shocked. 10/10 100% would go there again. If someone at camping world sees this he deserves an award or something.

Bought a used Forest river Cherokee. Window had been replaced before we got it. Floor and some of the boards in wall completely rotten. All they can say is "turn it in to insurance"!! Won't ever step in a camping world dealer again.

I would give them a zero stars if I could on here, but I’d really like to give my review and hopefully save people from what we went through. My fiancé and I have been in the market to get an RV and we came here to look at one. They were going to sell us a Nexus Phantom But I realize the only way they were about to tell us that there was water damage on this thing was when I asked them if they can sign something that states that there’s no water damage on it because upon inspection the “water pressure” was not working. Well, she ended up coming back and saying that there was in fact water damage, which is crazy because I don’t think they would have told us this Unless I pressured her into telling me. I at this point just really wanted our deposit back so I asked them for that and it took them a day to even have the sales manager get back to us and what she tried to upsell us a Higher priced motorhome But I knew it was a red flag, that this rv looked above our price range, but there was a few things that was wrong with it, and the fact that they were willing To take the price down What”30k Look” I knew there was going to be something wrong. When my fiancé went to go Inspect this one, there was Clearwater damage in which Tara looked him and me in our eyes and try to convince us That it was “Cosmetic” It seems that all the RVs on their lots are crap and they should be inspecting them way before they try to sell these things. We worked with Tara I would highly suggest working with a different location. This one proved to be liars. They would have let us walk away with water damage on 2 occasions in which the repair on that would have been really high. Oh, and shortly after they took the pending off of our Nexus, which was the one that was Really bad and rotted out with water damage And it’s back on their lot and ready to sell to somebody who is going to probably buy it thinking they have a great deal because its a Beautiful motorhome asthetically. Please be careful

Do not purchase from this store long distance. There are always risks involved with a sight unseen purchase, but in my experience, the salesman I worked with was not upfront about the true state of the camper. He repeatedly claimed it was in “like new” condition and sent me a number of pictures showing close up detail. I felt confident in the purchase and followed through with the purchase. When I showed up to pick the camper, I found a number of obvious points of damage that somehow were never sent in the pictures or noted in description. Water damage to the frame of the kitchen cabinets, a significant dent on the corner of the slide where it must have run into something at some point, peeling veneer on trim near the slide, peeling laminate on the dinette table, rusted rivets on the tongue box, and poorly placed ceiling trim. I’ve also tried to start up the Truma Heater and continue to get an error every time. They seemed to want to rush me along and did not give me a walk through of the camper in any form, despite handing me a paper to check off all the items I had been walked through. I was confused and said something to the tech who was supposed to do it, and he acted confused and as though this was just standard operating procedure. I did have a long drive ahead of me, so I didn’t push hard on it, as I figured most things I could figure out through the help of the internet. Fortunately I at least checked the locks before rolling out of the parking lot and somehow they hadn’t noticed that the key to the tongue box was not the same as everything else so I couldn’t access it and had to have them fix that before I got on the road. I would not trust this dealer again to do a purchase sight unseen. It may be okay if you can work with them in person and look over the RV yourself, but I would look it over closely and be sure everything is working as it should. Update: I wanted to be kind and give 2 stars initially, as I do feel like I got a decent price for my camper, but every interaction I’ve had with this dealer since purchase has been for them to dodge and deny issues and their own misleading about the trailer’s condition in the purchase process. Since delivery day, when I was not given or offered a proper walkthrough, the heater hasn’t worked. I tested it a few hours down the road after leaving the dealer. I hoped it was just a user error as it has a unique system. After research and testing, now weeks later, it still is not working. The dealer claims it was tested at the PDI and was working. I found a wasp nest in the exhaust port that may well be the issue (these heaters are very sensitive to any obstructions to air intake/outtake). It is not a new nest and it’s deep in the tube. Once I remove it I’ll confirm if that’s the issue, but if it is, then that tells me this heater hasn’t properly worked in months. While you may have a better experience with an in-person purchase here, please learn from me and INSIST on a full walkthrough and test of ALL the systems in the trailer. Don’t trust their PDI and get a third party inspection before purchase.
