- PRPerry RobertsNov 8, 20255.0I drive 7-1/2 hours to have a hitch installed and to purchase a camper. Early into it they found that a part hadn't arrived and was scheduled for the following day. Yes I was a little upset but hear me out. They asked me to stay in town for the arrival of the parts, and they paid for a nights stay in a very nice hotel. The next day it was discovered that some of the hitch parts came in wrong and wouldn't be available for a few days, the manager said that I had had enough and that they were going to deliver my new camper to my house which is 550 miles away! I would say that is very excellent customer service! The parts manager arranged for all the correct parts for my hitch to be delivered to a camping world close to my home and they also did an excellent job in customer service!! I'll be a long time customer from now on!! I recommend Camping world to anyone seeking a camper or service to one!!

What it is is the finance company will add on a homeowners insurance so you end up financing the warranty that you think they’re giving you but they’re not giving you anything you’re paying a large some of money for that four years!! It’s a scam and they don’t tell you this when you finance!!
