And is it true your business has no cameras? This business was supposed to analyze my transmission and tell me what was wrong with the TCM and no communication. I took it there at the request of Bill Fitts Auto they were going to pay for repairing my transmission in my 2015 Chevy Equinox. Instead this business said they did not check out the transmission they only read the scanner that said no communication from TCM transmission control module and I found this out because I asked them if the glove box was open because that's where they had to check the transmission but they said we did not check the transmission no one paid us to do that, they also took all the tools out of my Equinox I had been working on this vehicle myself and the tools I used were in the back seat Brian the manager of the shop insisted that I misplaced my tools that his people would not need my tools or want my tools and how would he know that I had some very unusual expensive tools neither here nor there the main part of this is that he said he didn't check the transmission what's up with that Mr Fitz is the one that was going to pay to get this transmission fixed instead they didn't check it and just said we needed a new one $4,500 needless to say we decided to go another route my advice is to avoid this shop because they are very unprofessional Edit: When asked if they had cameras they replied "no cameras".
