We didn’t end up purchasing this time, but I felt compelled to leave a review because the service was outstanding. We worked with Josh, and throughout nearly three hours, he never pressured us or made us feel out of place as beginners. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient—staying past closing to answer every question and walk us through multiple options. Josh went above and beyond what you’d expect from a salesperson. We’ll definitely be back next year when we have the right vehicle, and if you’re considering a camper, ask for Josh!
- ANAmber NanceNov 9, 20251.0Honestly, I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had the choice. We bought a brand new 2025 Forest River Salem Hemisphere Roost 43 on September 4th. Since then we have had SEVERAL issues come about. We called and they sent out a technician that was here for all of 15 minutes, did NOTHING, and left. We have called and called and called the service department with NO ANSWER. I’m HIGHLY disappointed in the service we have yet to receive. My guess is they’re trying to wait out the warranty and then charge us to fix things that shouldn’t have been broken to begin with. If you want to be a happy customer then go somewhere else.
