  Don’t come to this place expecting to negotiate you might end up dealing with an arrogant General Manager. As a customer, I should never overhear the GM saying, “Why are they still in here”???? with an attitude. He even slammed on his glass office window to get a salesperson’s attention simply because I questioned the trade-in value. The whole incident shows exactly what kind of GM he is and how he treats his employees. Good reason why the place was EMPTY

  My review is actually about the parts department. I was traveling through Hope Arkansas when my vehicle through a belt. I called the dealership to see if they had the part, they didn't have one in stock, but checked the local autoparts stores and found one. The gentleman who help local the belt, came and gave my husband a ride to the auto part store. He went out of his way to help a complete stranger and it was very much appreciated I wish I could give them mote than 5 stars

  Great service dept at Hope Auto. Great customer service by Lysa. They do certified Cadillac service and would much rather use local than travel to Txk.

  These guys were awesome. Kyle and Seth made a fair deal with no surprises and I drove up from Houston to get a car from them. Would absolutely do business again! Thanks, gents.
