I have never been that humiliated or insulted it felt like they accuse you of stealing if they can't hold your hand.. looks like we will buy or class A from a classier place that appreciates and respects their customers...
- DBDavid BakerJan 5, 20261.0Do not use this facility. There is no communication or anyone at this facility that knows what they are doing. My unit sat at the Benton facility almost 4 months for a new awning. Went back to pick up and the porch light was missing that no one knew anything about. Checked the RV and found hydraulic jacks were not working and was told a sensor needed replacing. After all this time the sensor still has not been replaced and I pulled the unit out for incompetence! Will never us again. If you check all the reviews you will see that only the Positive ones were addressed and not the negative ones. Which leads me to believe more care and training is definitely needed!!
- MMMichaela MeissnerDec 16, 20251.0Honestly went here and initially they were great but then we were rushed into coming to pick up the rv when we had told them multiple times it would not be possible.. but they went and got it ready anyway and then wouldn’t refund us the 500 dollar deposit or even give us a call back we were passed around from person to person and the main lady would never call us back ! Awful people taking advantage of people during the holidays. I would never recommend this place !

- BLBill LumDec 4, 20251.0We were meet by JD and he asked how he could help us, told him we were looking for a camper for our son and his fiance to live in. At this point he asked for my driver's license to make a copy of. I asked why, and all he would say is it's policy and for liability. I explained I've never seen this done in a dealership of any kind until you buy something. He demanded the license and we had to sign a receipt book (which the lady said we were just signing in). He walked us all over the lot and when we asked about the price of a certain camper he said for us to look on their website. The only camper he had a price for was a used camper that we were not interested in and he insisted on showing us. We will NEVER shop at a camping world dealership again. I think they have some kind of shadey stuff going on there!!!
