- HDHerve DalencourtyyuuuNov 4, 20251.020 yrs shop owner and 12 years dealership owner. faulty repair and bad parts install ALTERNATOR FROM O'REILLY the vehicle 2008 Mercedes Benz. Please don't take your vehicle there. i am beyond disappointed with the serviced. Rob the owner replace my alternator, and not only did the part turn out to be bad but his work also caused SHORTAGE AND GROUND issue in my car. this was complete unprofessional and careless cost $1897. plus $900 cost in towing back and forth and now another $1840 for the same job you can imagine the grand total. i trusted RT shop to fix the problem not make it worst. the alternator he install was clearly faulty after have other shop check it and now i am left dealing with even more damage because of poor workmanship and bad parts.... will definitely start a campaign for this shop.

With all the chaos of my flat tire otw to work I had left a bag of trash in back…..he had my car back to me quickly AND had thrown out my trash! No kinder man with great work ethic in the area!
