    Had my Elantra serviced. First time visiting this dealership due to moving to the area. My wait time was just a few minutes compared to at least an hour for an oil change at the previous dealership. Racheal was so professional and explained all of my service needs to me. She also got me in the same day. Will definitely go back!

    Above and beyond. Dropped off car to replace battery under warranty. While in their possession, did oil change rotate and recalls. Most awesome.

    Shoals Hyundai made purchasing our new car so simple. We appreciate our salesman, Sebastion Waldrep, who went above & beyond to help us. The sales manager was also very accommodating, and the process was so easy. We Love our new Palisade!

    I could not be more dissapointed in the Service Department. My mother was rear-ended with damage to her bumper and the electronic "Active Headrest System" deployed (where the headrest splits apart to avoid whiplash). We called and set an appointment for them to estimate the repairs to the bumper and see if they could reset the headrest. My 74 year old mother went to the appointment alone (I was working) and they charged her $185.00 only to determine (2 hours later!) that they could not reset the headrest and would have to replace them. They also charged $27.75 for "shop supplies". What shop supplies?... Two hours later and $212.75 poorer, my poor mother left with no estimate, no headrests, and no help... Can't help but feel that they took advantage of a senior citizen. I'm posting this review because my Mom won't... I'd leave 0 Stars if I could, and will continue to tell this story to anyone who cares to listen.

    I called to schedule service because my heater went out. I also scheduled an oil change. My car had 35, 988 miles. I was told over the phone that it would be free because I had less than 36,000 miles. When I got to the dealership the repair tech asked me if I wanted my tires rotated since it was included in my FREE service so I said sure. Once my car was ready I was told that I had to pay for those services. I explained that I had been told by TWO different people that those services were free. Rachel (in the office) told me that because I had my car for 3 years and ONE MONTH that I now had to pay for those services. I explained to Rachel that I didn't think that was fair. TWO different people told me that it was free. Her response was "they told you wrong. The girls in the call center don't know what they're doing". Ummmm..... THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM! So I spent money that day after being told that those services were covered. I was told that the part for my heater is on backorder until after the 1st of the year. So I have to drive around in a cold car in freezing temperatures for who knows how long. Rachel (in the service department) couldn't tell me how long after the 1st of the year it would take for the part to come in. My car is 3 years old. So far I've had to have the entire thermostat system replaced and now waiting for a part because the heat is out. I have never had these kinds of problems from a car that's just 3 years old before.
