Everyone. Especially Cody and Sebastian were very helpful and informative. I had a wonderful experience and if I am ever in the market to buy another vehicle; It will be with them!

Grossly overpriced ($1300 alternator whereas a local shop quoted $440) and misdiagnosed auto problem (was bad AC pulley bearings -- not alternator at all). Specifically told Sales office not to do an oil change (had it done two weeks prior); they did it anyway and argued "the oil was really dirty." Likely because we only got the brakes done there ($400 of the original $3500 quote), the Service Mgr told Sales to charge an additional $185 "assessment fee." Hyundai corporate later sent us a survey in which we reported all this. Hope it makes a difference.

Everything went AWFUL.. I was suppose to show up at 2 but he asked me to come in earlier which I did.. to find out i had to wait an hour for him to finish up with another couple whom he never finished up with. So he rushed me to test drive a car that I drove 1 mile down the road then he asked me did I drive it long enough.. just so he could get back to the other couple.. mine you I never told him a car I wanted to test drive he just assumi wanted the Kia shortage 2019 with 133k lol for 15k... but I told him I wanted a car with alittle less mileage and he told me flat out he isnt going to waste his time with me... so I turned around and walked off got back in my car and left and I wont ever be back.

am beyond fed up with how people treat others these days. I called Hyundai of the Shoals and the woman in the service department was flat-out rude and hung up on me in the middle of our call. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t yelling — I was just trying to ask a question. I get it’s a Saturday, but if your job makes you that miserable, then damn, quit! Don’t take it out on customers who are just trying to get help. Customer service in 2025 has gotten so bad it’s honestly sad. People have forgotten how to be kind and respectful. I expected better from a place that claims to care about its customers. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be calling or doing business there again.
