  I had pleasant experience with Ride Doctors. In my opinion you won't find any other professional and hardworking mechanic like Adam. I love Ride Doctors Automotive. I will be back.

  Their website is deceiving. It’s actually just a carport on his house. He had a truck for 6 months without repairing. Gave insurance company false information and so they sent payment. Which he readily accepted for work he did NOT do. Complete FRAUD. Fid the same to another woman 3 months ago. She had to enlist the Sheriff’s Department to just retrieve her vehicle. We intend to press charges. He and his complacent wife should have their license revoked and face criminal charges.

  Working with Adam Morck-Dias at Ride Doctors Automotive was a deeply frustrating ordeal. Over two months, we faced constant delays and inconsistent communication regarding the status of our vehicle. Costs were unexpectedly inflated, and SilverRock Warranty was misinformed about the progress of repairs. Astonishingly, despite assurances, the work was not completed, and I have evidence of misrepresentation, including admissions of actions that could be considered fraudulent. The situation deteriorated to the point where law enforcement—specifically the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Department—had to intervene to retrieve our car. When we finally got it back, its condition had worsened compared to when we initially handed it over. Desperate for resolution, we took the vehicle to a dealership. Within just two days, their team completed all the necessary repairs efficiently—something Adam failed to achieve in two months and had, in fact, made worse. Adam’s setup also leaves much to be desired. Instead of operating from a professional garage, he works from his front lawn. Carvana and SilverRock Warranty told us they'll be removing them from their list as an in-network provider, but until they do, this raises serious concerns about their vetting process. If you’re considering his services, let this serve as a strong cautionary tale to avoid the same nightmare we experienced.

  Ride Doctor's explained in detail everything that was wrong with my car.Adam the owner and mechanic,even sent me pictures to show if necessary to my insurance com .I was treated respectfully and was kept updated on the repairs.I feel absolutely safe knowing that such a awesome company as Ride Doctors are here and making our autos road worthy.And after having my car repaired by Ride Doctors I also know they are an honest company.Thank you Adam and Ride Doctors.
