Always have to leave a message and they rarely call back. if they would fix this, it would be five star. if you go into the store, the service department is great. It seems most people only leave reviews when they're unhappy but, in our case, my wife and I are very happy to leave a positive review. We were very impressed with the sales staff. The service department also got involved for a few issues, which they promptly addressed. I'm one of those people that needs to look over everything I can. I had several questions and concerns but everyone was very patient with me and, as I stated, even got the service department involved as needed. I was ready to walk away at any moment, but they wouldn't let me; not by being pushy, but by being supportive and addressing my concerns. Thanks goes out to Nik, Antonio, Bryan, Lisa, Doyle, Shannon and the guys from the service department. It was a team effort. I would not hesitate to do business with the Robertsdale Al store again.
