One leg was missing part for landing gear. Running lights don't work. We are new to the game and trusted these people. If you're buying anything from them make sure you check everything. I would not trust them for anything. They don't even deserve 1 star.

NOT ONE person spoke, ask if we needed anything.. we even walked around the register purposely to see if we could get their attention.. nothing.. we left.. ordered it off of amazon .. will not be back. It appears the other reviews were correct.. terrible service..

Called four times yesterday, no one ever answered the phone at the service department. Called and asked receptionist for the General Manager. They were "in a meeting." Called again and asked for the service manager. They "weren't at their desk." I told the receptionist I was looking for a place to service my RV and if I couldn't get anyone I was going to have to take my vehicle elsewhere. The answer was literally "ok." Marcus, you have some issues in Robertsdale.
- DTDiAnna ThomasOct 17, 20251.0My bf bought a washer and dryer for our RV They over charged his cc the lady told us the main office was closed on Sunday but she would them first thing Monday morning to have the money refunded to his card … today is Friday and still no phone call, no refund NOTHING! Furthermore, she had no idea what the difference was for the charges. I just feel like it should have been top on her list to call the corporate office Monday morning and have the refund submitted and this should have been communicated to my BF. Very poor customer communication!
- BTBobby TillisSep 30, 20251.0I took my Nu camp tab 400 to have the window replaced that I purchased from the Nu camp dealer and they shipped the window to me. I took my camper in and their tech said the window was wrong. So after taking pictures and going back-and-forth between Camping World and Nu camp For two weeks, I decided to take it to the closest dealer which was in Lagrange, Georgia Named Southland RV. They installed the window with no problem Tyler the service advisor at Camping World said he could sell me one for $1000. I’m so glad I took it to Southland RV in Lagrange Georgia while doing their inspection of our camper. They noticed that the batteries were swelled up and that’s why the solar system was not working. That should’ve been found doing the inspection at Camping World. They sure didn’t mind selling me a bearing repack which I don’t even know if if they did that. I just cannot trust Camping World and I did not appreciate them wasting so much of my time. I have left two messages for the service manager to call me and let them know about this problem and still have not heard back from them. So Camping World, do you have lost me as a customer and anyone else I know that may need services on their RV.
