I really wanted the crimson red without a moonroof and they had none in stock. I decided to take the ice silver, when my husband found a red one in Pensacola while searching google. So my product specialist J’Vonte Howse went to his mgr and they came back with the same offer. While going through the ins and outs of the vehicle the mgr came out and told me that it did not have the moonroof yea! and actually saved us an extra 1k. Never owned a Subaru and I absolutely love my Outback it even came with pinstripes and the crimson red is beautiful. What a great staff with a friendly atmosphere and they made us feel very welcome. Thank you J’Vonte for all your patience with me and and going above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied. Definitely recommend Tamron Subaru of Mobile. And I recommend J’Vonte he’s so respectful and very professional. Excellent experience. Thank you Subaru!

With a dishonest warranty practice the business makes it impossible to trust any repair they make to a vehicle, also resulting into the customer being financially responsible for "thousands" of dollars. They also held the car as ransom for payment, which is unnecessary and only further provides proof of malicious practice.

When it was time for my first oil change, Leslie made sure I was out in under an hour in order to get to my next appointment. She also took good care of me in getting my windshield replaced. Both Chris and Leslie are great people to work with they are an asset to Tameron Subaru!
