    Greg helped my son when purchasing his 4x4 about 3 months ago so without a doubt, Greg was the person who we depended on when purchasing a car for our daughter. Greg was very kind, thoughtful and as well as patient with my daughter and I. He helped her with the Toyota app, ensuring she understood everything before driving off the lot.

    Alonzo responded to my online request through Cargurus. The day after Christmas and he was prepared to answer my questions. We got an appointment set up for my wife and I to go to Mobile. Worked great. Alonzo was prepared, had the vehicle prepared for a test drive and we were off and running. Alonzo provided details on the vehicles functions. There are many with auto today. He provided the numbers and then worked with the sales manager. The sales manager had issues. His approach was inept and almost ended our buying. However, others at the dealership were exceptional, compensating for his unethical behavior. Peyton did great providing understanding on accessories and cost. She was thorough with helping us set up the Toyota app and getting it working properly. The assistant service manager was great. She schedule our first service and allowed us to move through the process. Ashley the finance manager was great and providing details on the warranty packages and total cost. Four out of the five people we worked with were excellent. Great overall experience hence the five stars.

    My sales person Jason was very helpful. This was the second vehicle I have bought from Springhill. I trust the service department so that helped me make the decision to look here. I tried visiting one of the other big dealers in the area but I didn’t feel like they were giving me their best price. Springhill was more open and up front with their offers. I recommend giving them a chance.

    I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle at Springhill Toyota, and it was all thanks to my salesman, Zach! From the moment I walked in, Zach was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was not pushy in the slightest and genuinely seemed interested in finding the right car for me. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. The typical stress of buying a car was completely absent because of Zach's patience and transparency. He made the paperwork seamless and even spent extra time showing me how all the features worked before I drove off. If you are looking for a new Toyota, I highly, highly recommend going to Springhill Toyota and asking for Zach. He is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with!

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent service I received at Springhill Toyota. For many years, I have been a loyal customer—purchasing multiple vehicles for myself and my family, consistently using the service department, and recommending the dealership to numerous friends. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over my last several visits, and my most recent experience has convinced me to end my business with your dealership. When I purchased my Tundra, I also prepaid over one thousand dollars for the Auto Butler service and have used it regularly during oil changes and recommended maintenance. After lifting my truck three inches, I was informed—only upon arrival—that the Auto Butler service could no longer be performed. This contradicts readily available information showing that a small lift does not interfere with the service. This was not communicated when I scheduled the appointment. Despite having prepaid for the service, the dealership did not wash the truck, clean the tires, or provide any part of the appearance package. This was not a request for a complimentary service; it was something I had already paid for in full at the time of purchase. Additionally, the free oil change from my previous visit was not entered into my appointment ticket, nor was the Auto Butler service. Only after I addressed it did the staff apply the oil change credit. To add to the frustration, I was advised to replace my windshield wipers even though I had replaced them less than a month ago with high-quality wipers that are clearly still in excellent condition. I am currently in the market to purchase two additional vehicles for my family. However, due to the continued decline in service and the mishandling of my prepaid services, I will no longer be doing business with Springhill Toyota.
