  I was very impressed with how organized the service department was. I was greeted as soon as i drove in by a very nice young man who instructed me to go to the waiting area and Ernie came out and got me and explained what the service department would be doing for my 5000 mile service.

  1. Upon arrival, Mark didn't listen to my response on why I was there, and picked up phone to find out why there was no WiFi while I was explaining my visit. I tried telling him I backed into pole because my camara froze up. If there's no WiFi how was is the update to be made? 2. After update made, all settings were reset on my display location services, phone defaults, Bluetooth settings ext. and speed was defaulted to kilo s showed I was driving 125 mph as I was on highway driving back home to Florida. This was extremely dangerous for me. I should have been giving a heads up the impact my display would have from the updates made. 3. While leaving, had explain the damage to my car because of the display not working, because mark didn't listen to me first time I tried explain it to him and had to ask again how to handle this claim with Lexus

  Great service with Lexus of Mobile from the beginning of scheduling your appointment until your service is completed. Dexter thoroughly goes over everything that will be performed and if you have any questions or concerns that you need to address, he forwards that to the service personnel working on your vehicle. What I was impressed with was the video made showing what I had concerns about. I was placed at ease with this process. Thank you Dexter for your professionalism.

  Came to Lexus of Mobile with high expectations and left with satisfaction. Dexter listened to our needs and made sure they were taken care of. Dave was also very helpful as it was our first time there and helped showed us around and got our loaner car (a 2026) taken care of. Just a good time getting service from an extremely friendly bunch.

  Lexus of Mobile was a great experience! We dealt with Clarence, and he was amazing. We saw what we wanted on their site and went the next day to go and look at it. We had contacted Clarence, he had it ready for us and waiting, and it was all we hoped it to be. I can't say enough good things about Clarence regarding his style and way of doing things, made the whole experience a breeze and he is a true gem to have dealt with. Very satisfied customers indeed👍
