  I just purchased my fourth Lexus from Lexus of Mobile. There were no Luxury RX 350 ‘s available on a lot and Eric did an excellent job of helping me through the process of ordering exactly what I wanted. He kept me well informed from the our first meeting until the time he handed me the keys! I would highly recommend him. Also, I have always enjoyed taking my car for service. The Service Department Representatives are always busy and things sometimes feel a little rushed, but the Customer Lounge makes up for that. It is very friendly and relaxing.

  Ask for Darryl for a wonderful Lexus buying experience. Bought a TX350, great car practically sells itself. No tricks or games, but no much room to negotiate except if trading. Trey Wilson the finance guy was also great, just a few signatures and we were done. Service on our previous Lexus was outstanding. You will experience honesty and integrity at Lexus Mobile.

  I was very pleased with my service appointment at Lexus of Mobile. Mike was kind, professional, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. The service was efficient, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer care. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Mobile to anyone looking for top-tier service!

  I had a truly wonderful experience at **Lexus of Mobile**. From start to finish, everything was handled with incredible efficiency and professionalism. My vehicle was completed exactly when they said it would be, and I was kept updated throughout the entire service visit — which I greatly appreciated. A special thank you to **Michael Ellis**, who went the extra mile with genuine kindness. He even helped move items from my loaner vehicle back into my car, which truly meant a lot and did not go unnoticed. The dealership itself is spotless and welcoming, and the selection of snacks and drinks is honestly the best I’ve ever seen at any dealership — even compared to other Lexus locations. It’s absolutely refreshing to experience such competence, kindness, and quality workmanship all in one place. Thank you for such a great experience!

  I was really trying not to leave this review, but they keep asking me to do it so here I go this is my second service on a lease of a car that I absolutely love I brought to their attention. A flaw in my console material has a cut like with a knife that I didn’t personally do it just appeared and now they want to charge me upwards of six $700 to replace it first of all I said absolutely not today. I have the car for several more years and if this is going to happen to that material, it’s gonna stay that way until I return the vehicle I will not be paying to replace something. I didn’t do more than once at least I was provided the link info to purchase the material and have it done myself stating I might get a better price after saying I wanted to buy some upgrades for the car myself such as powder coated emblems and such. Needless to say, I’m not super pleased that their attempt of charging me to replace something that I clearly could have done myself. On the upside of the service, my appointment was in the afternoon and I did request a loaner and did receive the loaner but again, not super happy with the attempted up charge.
