    When we recently traveled on I-65 south through Mobile AL, I had nails punctured on the two right side tires of my new Lexus TX 350. I took my vehicle to Lexus of Mobile for an emergency tire replacement/repair. That was an unusual busy day in the dealership service center. My service advisor, Mr. Mark Lloyd, was incredibly professional and helpful. He kept me updated about the progress throughout the process. He found one tire can be repaired but the other was irreparable. We had our tires work timely and were back on the road to continue our travel. I highly recommend this service department for their honesty and efficiency.

    Overall a very positive experience-having a personalized service agent is one of the things that sets Lexus apart from other companies. Ernie has always been very kind and knowledgeable with no pressure and goes over the top to take care of our family and our vehicle. We have a high amount of trust in him and this dealership and highly recommend doing business with them.

    We drove over from MS today b/c I'm interested in the RX 350. We walked around the dealership and then went inside but was never greeted or acknowledged. Upon going back outside we ran into a service guy (I forgot his name) but he was nice and allowed us to look inside a loaner, he then went to get a sales person and said they'd be out in 5 mins. After waiting for quite some time we decided to leave. Maybe they were too busy, but I hate to receive bad customer service when Im looking to spend $50K+.

    I would not recommend doing business with Lexus of Mobile. I have received poor service from this dealership on two separate occasions, and both experiences left a very bad impression. The first incident involved my father’s Lexus RC 350. At the time, my father had recently undergone surgery and was unable to drive, so he asked me to take the vehicle to Lexus of Mobile because the infotainment screen was not working. The service department told me the screen needed to be replaced and quoted a cost of around $700. My father was understandably unhappy with that price. After he approved the work, I left the dealership. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion and took the car to Battery Source. They informed me the battery needed to be replaced. Once the new battery was installed, the infotainment screen immediately came back on. This clearly indicated that the original battery’s low voltage was the actual issue—not a faulty screen. I was extremely upset that Lexus of Mobile either misdiagnosed the problem or attempted to take advantage of my father and me. I immediately told them to cancel the job. The second experience was just as disappointing. After my own vehicle was unfortunately totaled, I visited Lexus of Mobile to look at cars. Not a single employee acknowledged me—not one greeting, not one offer of assistance. After walking the lot and being completely ignored, I left feeling disrespected and judged based on my appearance. On my way out, I expressed my frustration and told them they should be ashamed for assuming I wasn’t worth their time and for judging a book by its cover. No one responded or attempted to make things right. Because of these experiences, I will never return to Lexus of Mobile. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that misdiagnoses vehicles, appears dishonest, and treats potential customers with disrespect.
