Like clock work, 45 minutes after drop off I get a call "you need a replacement cabin air filter.......". I replaced the cabin air filter 5 days ago, myself. The do not actually do an inspection, but rather look at a Carfax report and make suggestions based on what the report doesn't have. Next is why I will never return there. My daughter who just graduated from UA made a beautiful bead necklace for me in first grade. It has been with me hanging in every vehicle is l've owned. After getting new brakes this morning, I check out and get into my vehicle to see this. No one said anything about what might have happened. This is how I found it, and beads on the floor boards and console. Communication is key to customer satisfaction. Update Not willing to contact customer support as per their response since I will never go there again.

I walked in to the location and patiently waited for the front desk to turn me away. The person at the front desk asked me if I had an appointment and fair enough, I didn’t. I mentioned that I just had a single question and was informed that I would have to make an appointment for that. Professional competency is important for all businesses and I was displeased with this interaction. I am still looking for someone to assist with my question about making an appointment but have decided to consider other options due to this unwelcoming interaction.

Todd Town gave me peace when he said it wasn’t a problem getting me in and he and his team did a quick and outstanding job getting me in and out in time to watch my sons scrimmage at BJ baseball. Thanks for the great customer service.
