She told me about it, so I dropped by TDI to talk to the GM about it. And, I decided to pay in advance so they could go ahead and order the tires and brake components needed for the job and complete the work right away; which they did. I’ve known and trusted the GM and have done a lot of business with him over the years. However, the price discounts he offered this time were truly amazing/generous. My daughter and I had truly had a lot to be thankful for at Thanksgiving!

Todd the Store Manager and Andy, the Shop Manager always tell me what I need to know, not what I want to hear when it comes to making sure her vehicle gets what it needs. I have never seen them try to up sell services or products that are not needed. In fact I have seen them tell a customer who came in for tires that they still had five thousand miles left on their tires and can wait to have them replaced rather than taking the sale at that time. They truly care about their customers and their service is second to none. Thanks Todd and Andy for the peace of mind knowing my wife’s car is safe when comes to what matters with what meets the road.
