I wasn’t updated about my vehicle but once at the beginning and I had to call my insurance over and over every week to find out when my car would be ready and if the collision center was paid. I sent emails and made phone calls to my personal representative assigned to “update” me which were unanswered. I sent emails to the designated employee every few days for 3 weeks who was supposed to update me and she never answered nor called. I only trusted them because I have a BMW but believe me I WILL NOT be back! I had high hopes considering how much I spent on fixing my vehicle but they had terrible customer service and no response. If I were anyone looking for a good collision center DO NOT come here, find somewhere else.
